The classes are hot and transformational, the thought of hot yoga may feel extreme however l find the heat supports the practice and makes the class even more accessible. One of my students Jeri (who is an amazing man in his sixtys) describes it like this if you have a bar of toffee and put it on the radiator its much easier to bend. Jeri like many of the other wonderful people l teach weekly always leave me feeling very grateful and are why l still do it after all these years.
